When you submit the Schedule a Tour form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, gender, phone number, email address, relationship to the resident, and information about the resident's care needs such as primary diagnosis, code status, diet, allergies, mobility, and assistance with activities of daily living. We also record your preferred tour date and time, method of payment, any message you write, and the date and time of your submission.
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, confirm a tour, and discuss resident care needs. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a private database that is not readable by website visitors. The website does not accept document uploads. Submitted information is never displayed anywhere on this website.
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our records of tour requests. You may ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time by contacting us.
This website stores your language preference in your browser so the site can remember whether you prefer English or Spanish. Google Maps is embedded on our contact page and is provided by Google.
